Thunder travel to Hampshire to face Pirates in Season Finally.

  The Chicago Thunder traveled to the far northwest town of Hampshire to face the High Octane McHenry Pirates.   The game, originally scheduled for Sat at 7pm at Jacobs High School, was played at the Hampshire Middle School.  The Thunder would like to thank the Pirates for finding an alternate location to ensure this game would be played.  Despite missing offensive and defensive starters, both teams played good clean game.  The Thunder victory capped another Undefeated MSFL regular season.  Both Offenses were able to move the ball freely and both defenses stepped up big when they had to.  The Final Score was 28-18 and as luck would have it, these two teams will play again on Sept 13th at Hanson Stadium in the first round of the playoffs.
